NB: “Only members whose name appears in the official Register of Members (Ordinary Members and Life Members) will be eligible to vote and attend the meeting.

Any Member who cannot attend the AGM may appoint another Member as his/her proxy by completing and signing the form of proxy provided by the Club. The form of proxy signed by the Member must be lodged with the Club at least 24 hours before the meeting.”

Members who intend to nominate for election as a Director of the Club must collect a Nomination form from the GM’s office and to be eligible for election, must return it to the Club by 4:00 pm 30/11/23 – seven (7) clear days before the date of the Annual General Meeting.
