Update from the PMFC Past Players Association

Our Past Players and Officials Association continue to do wonderful fundraising work, raising money for the club as well as a special ‘Player Welfare Fund’ to help current and past Borough players in need.

We encourage all members and supporters to get behind these initiatives as we continue to look forward to the start of season 2019, particularly in support of much-loved former Port Melbourne player Wayne ‘Sudzy’ Daley (pictured above, centre) as he faces some serious health battles.

Clean up Day
Special thanks to all those PP who attended the working bee at Sudzy’s on Saturday January 19. Organised by Bunker Tinsley, the clean up went extremely well and Rhonda and Sudz were overwhelmed by the effort. Others in attendance: Kevin Goss, Russel Davies, Peter Wilkinson, Jim Christou, John Collins, Sam Holt, Graham Clark, Greg Bond, Vic and Kerry Aanensen, Gary Brice.

Latest news from Sudzy
He had the lower leg amputated last week and is undergoing rehab at present. His is in good spirits and is committed to get up and about, asap. He wishes to thank everyone for their support and encouragement.

SUDZY BENEFIT DAY
