VFL Head Coach Announcement

The Board are delighted to announce the re appointment of Adam Skrobalak as the club’s  VFL Head Coach for season 2024. Over the last two years there has been significant changes to the game plan and our VFL list and Adam has provided the board with his outline of what is required for the team to be successful in 2024 and beyond.

Director Life Member & Premiership Captain Toby Pinwill said “When we appointed Adam he outlined a detailed 3 year plan. Although last year wasn’t as we had hoped in respect to wins and losses, we believe there was encouraging signs in player growth and game plan implementation. Adam has a clear plan to enable a significant jump in results in 2024. The club is committed to continuing to provide the players and coaches with best support available as we strive to make the PMFC the strongest football program in the VFL.”

When told of his reappointment Adam Said “I’m excited to be given another contract, this enables the players, coaching group and staff to continue to build in the direction we are heading.

Although the results were not exactly where we want them to be, there are a number of strong signs that we have improved and are set up well to push forward up the ladder. We have loved the growth of some of the younger players within our group who we think we become high level vfl players Eg  Manton, Green, Hird, Stubbings, curry, gasper , Hofert, Adams, Vickers , Flockart to name a few. We have started to review, plan and recruit early which will give us the best chance of success.  – I am looking forward to a big pre season and we hope to put a smile on the Borough fans in 2024”

Congratulations Adam and all the best for season 2024
